SCA Governance
Rules and Regulations for SCA
Specialist Contractors SA (SCA) which has been effectively operating since 2017 is a not-for-profit association comprised of leading industry trade associations in the building and construction industry in South Australia.
The Association was officially incorporated pursuant to the Associations Incorporation Act 1985 on the 25th June 2018.
The management of the SCA is effectively controlled by the Committee which consists of four member representatives and the Secretary.
The current secretariat functions of the organisation is provided by the Secretary and the NECASA/NT Office.
Governance of the SCA is in accordance with the requirements of the association’s constitution, the Associations Incorporation Act 1985 and the SCA Operating Framework.
